I went to bed & could not breathe. I woke up in the middle of the night, & could not breathe.
I woke up this morning to achy sinuses & breathing only when I stood up.
I woke up & am not showered & wearing sweats today.
I have nowhere to go.
No places to be.
I can wear sweats.
I will enjoy wearing sweats.
I will take medicine to help my sinuses long.
I will use Vix vapo-rub tonight. I need to sleep.

So sorry you don't feel well. That's no fun to be achy and miserable. Lay low and read a good book. Hope you feel better soon.
